After a few years of experimentation, here we are with the rst rose produced at the winery. Pepe Rosa comes from early harvested Syrah grapes from Pozzo Vecchio vineyard, brie y macerated with the skins and softly pressed to preserve freshness and primary aromas. The wine is fermented and aged on ne lees for ve months in stainless-steel tanks. Very pale pink color, shows bright acidity with fresh but delicate aromas of rose, pomegranate, bergamot, and citrus. The wine nishes with a peppery note… of course!
